What a heartwarming story and one which gives you hope when you saw the consideration that was used.

Sounds like a good choice of medical practice.

Hi obsoblue Sorry that you need us, but Glad that you found this site which is full of good information. Only you know if you are at the stage where you can no longer go on like this with your symptoms. I had reached the stage of 24/7 (after 30 yrs as a sufferer) before I succumed and began the rout...

Ann, The way things have been for you recently, you are allowed to have a little time to see the glass half empty rather than half full. But can I tell you that when I read your last post you gave me a little giggle - please don't be offended at me having a giggle when you are feeling so poorly - it...

Ann, my heart goes out to you. You have tried so hard that I could cry for you, and with you. On this board, you are someone we look to who is always full of wisdom and encouragement, and it is so unfair that you have to suffer so. Hi Rosie, sorry I can't help with your question on surgery/rls, but just to wish you the best with regard to your anticipated operation. I just wanted to make a general comment: - In case of an emergency, I have a copy of my medical alert card, the Mayo Clinic Algorithm, and the RLS and Surgery leaf...

It also took me a minute for the bit about the brownies to make sense. This site will give you such a lot of information especially the link to the Mayo Clinic Algorithm which is a wonderful leaflet to take to your doctor who I hope is willing to work with it. Good luck with finding good treatment, ...
