I suggest trying a low dose Benzo. I also experienced only 4-5 hrs a sleep per night. Then after seeing a sleep specialist about 3 yrs ago, he suggested Xanax. I've used it every since and sleep about 7-8 hrs/ night. Sleep is no longer a luxury, but a nightly experience.
