You might try a sleep doc. I don't find that neuologists help much at all. Also it won't hurt to take the gabapentin, but it is a med that you wean up and have to wean down to stop it. That is also true with the horizant and lyrica. So if you have, say 100 mg of gabapentin. I'd take just one a night...

How many mg is your oxy? We have 15 mg which we cut in half. If you added this to the methadone?

Eat something salty and that will help the blood pressure. When I have tried to tapper in the past it was just too miserable. Sorry you are having to go through this.

When did you stop the pramipexole? Not sure what's going with you. Between no sleep and going off the med. It's probably a combination of both. I wish we had answers for you.
I slept ok last night, but today hasn't been good. Haven't felt good. Leg hurting. I think I will get into a hot bath.

I discovered why I had such a bad night a few nights ago. I found my mirapex on the floor. It doesn't work if you don't get it into your mouth.
I did sleep pretty good last night.

There's another thing too. It is leaning toward not having health care for the old. I think they just soon have us all die off so they don't have to spend money on us for health care. They keep taking money from social security. At some point there won't be anything left. They keep cutting medicare....
