I take Lyrica twice a day, in the morning and in the early evening (5pm) along with 100 mg of Ultram (tramadol) It always works, as long as I take it right on time. If I don't, at about 8pm the pain starts, with the uncontrollable legs and arms. What I am desperately looking for is a back up plan. S...
