Thought Ruby and PB would like to know that it paid off to be seated painfully on a plane last night. Without knowing it, I scored a nice donation from a great guy I was sitting next to. All I did was explain RLS and tell him about our fund raiser....and a few of our stories. LOL, then we had a snac...

Hi Barbee, I have little to add, because most of the good advice has been offered. I got caught by the fact that your doc is uneducated. If you and your doc have a good relationship and she is WILLING to learn then you could have a good chance with her. The materials are all here to help her, if she...

Miss Aussie Mate of ours, I would not tell you not to go off if you really felt like that is what is needed. I will keep the moon overly filled if you do though....... I have to agree with Ann, since most pain meds come in good generic forms I do not understand what the medical authorities have agai...

Hey Momo, Gosh I would be jumping for joy if I could hit that high in my own ferritin. I think mine was around 6 last time we checked it, early this yr.. Unless something came out this yr at one of the National meetings and it's all changed up, 50 mcg/L would be the best place to start for most RLSe...

The Passing of one heck of a champion for RLSers everywhere
Sadly I wanted all to know that one of our community's best Doctors has passed. Dr. Wayne Henning. He was so nice, smart, and so very approachable, willing to talk share and answer questions. It's a sad passing for all of us at he Foundation and most certainly a great loss to the community. To read ...

See I think this is interesting. I hate for my knees to touch, skin to skin. Pressure or not, even paper would give my brain a break about them touching. I thought it was my problem or my family for the longest time, but having been around here for 4+ yrs, it's not just me or mine. Even my sister in...

PB thank you for the support and the huge golden heart you show everytime your here. Like you, this board has been a God send to me. Supporting the Foundation is one way to pay it all back, or forward.......as we know and sadly, more new people find out this has a name everyday. It's just awesome to...

I hope and pray they will do so for you. But just think you can have a project left to do and hopefully the energy to get it do...

G, I'm so happy it finally came through. Yes, it would have been nice if they could have seen that, before the house was lost, but I hope that you get what is owed you now. I have been following the American Pain Assc. and the bills that they support. They stay on top of the politics part of the ADA...
