Oh my god I 've been so scared to check back because I know some people think swearing is a hanging offense and I am so ashamed that I did it, I try to be so careful but I do have to edit what I say when I'm upset; I have no idea how I got to be that way, I certainly didn't choose to be. Anyway I'm ...

No, but I cried about that in another thread. The worse my life gets, the more bad things I manage to attract to me. (Sometimes I think people are like a pack of starving dogs; they'll turn on you if falter and fall.) But some things are good, for instance I've gotten to see how wonderful some peopl...

My GP who was so "good" has fired me. She condescended to give me 30 days of zopiclone while telling me to find another doctor. She would not prescribe a new drug, so I have to find a new doctor before I can try adding Lyrica to my hydromorphone. Meantime my RLS breaks through the hydromor...

Here's another publication you might find useful, in addition to the one PB gave you: RLS Foundation medical bulletin m The other drug your doctors will probably recommend you try before jumping into the opiates is ropinirole (brand name Requip). I augmented on that one, it was horrible (the links w...

No, that was good! You haven't said much in so long, and I didn't know if it was for bad or good reasons :?. I guess more good than bad, which is fantastic. Sucks about the blood pressure but I'm glad it's worth it.

I get unusual daytime sleepiness after 2 or 3 nights of 0.25 clonazepam. It's bad for me. I don't use it unless I absolutely need to sleep, have nothing else, and can sacrifice the next day. It has a 40-hour half life, so the amount in your system is going to continually increase if you take it ever...

Sounds like I don't know either. My unit is very different, I guess. I suppose each of your lead wires splits into a + and a - and it doesn't matter which is which.

Every morning (because that's the only time of day I can manage to do anything at the same time every day) I force myself to consume 1/4 cup minute oats + 1/4 cup bran (cooking kind, not cereal), mixed with water to make it gooey and nuke for 2 minutes, then mix in some raisins and nuts and either y...

Hi sleepdancer. If the TENS works, it would be helpful if you could explain where you placed the electrodes on your body (and which was + and which -), and what type of signal you were using (frequency, modulation). I don't understand that frequency/modulation stuff but if you sent enough info, some...
