Re: Article on Kratom
I just wanted to write an update. I switched from the Poppy seed tea mid last year to Kratom powder. I build up a tolerance to the tea and it just stopped working after about 4 months, and I was reluctant to increase the dosage. I have now been taking Kratom (Borneo Red Vein Fine Powder) for over se...

Re: Poppy seed tea - incredibly effective for me
Hello everyone, I just wanted to write a quick update. The PST was incredibly effective for about 4 – 5 months but unfortunately I gradually started building up a tolerance and I was very reluctant to increase the dosage (from 4 tablespoons a night as a tea). I stopped drinking the tea in late July ...

Re: Article on Kratom
Hi Mary, Thank you so much for this! I’ll also try spreading out my dosage! I’ll also experiment with the Green Leaf one too. Can I ask, how many months / years have you been taking it? Anyway, there are quite a few alkaloids in Kratom and it is from what I understand it is the only non-opioid to ha...

Re: Article on Kratom
Hi Jul2873, I hope you are still having success with the Kratom capsules. I started to build up a tolerance to the Poppy Seed tea (it worked so well there for a few months) so I tried the Kratom powder (Red Borneo Leaf loose powder) again and I'm finding it really effective. However, I notice that i...

Re: Article on Kratom
Hi jul2873,
Thank you so much again for all your fantastic info and posts. I have also been trying the D-Ribose and it seems to be helping too.
I just had a quick question, which brand of the Red Dragon Capsules (Kratom) are you using?
There seem to be so many brands out there!
Many thanks,
Erika

Re: Poppy seed tea - incredibly effective for me
Hi Peanut1,
I buy mine online from a site called www.iherb.com
They are just regular poppy seeds that you use to make muffins and bagels.
They ship everywhere and here is a link to the seeds I’ve been using:
http://www.iherb.com/Bob-s-Red-Mill-Pop ... 26-g/29594
I’ve noticed a little tolerance now though ..
I hope this helps!

Re: Article on Kratom
Hi Jul2873, Thank you so much for this. I’ll definitely try it again. I tried the Red Borneo leaf powder once and it wasn’t as effective as the Poppy Seed Tea and I felt quite nauseous too. I will definitely try the capsules. I think it’s a great idea to vary as much as possible so as not to build u...

Hi Jul2873, I’m curious as to how you take the Kratom? Do you take it in a capsule form or in the powdered form? I buy my poppy seeds from the site iHerb.com. Re: Poppy seed tea - incredibly effective for me
It would be really great to know the exact amounts of each of the constituents in the amount of poppy seed tea! It works so incredibly well for me and I don't seem to be developing any tolerance as yet .. I really hope it continues. I am only using 60 grams or 4 tablespoons to make a tea a night (pl...

Hello everyone, I’m now in my mid 40’s and have been suffering from WED for more than 20 years and it seems to progressively be getting worse… I have tried an endless number of non-pharmacological solutions and a few pharmacological solutions and have never had any great success with anything until ...
