Shorne, This is very interesting AND timely! My cousin just had her baby, one month pre-mature, last week. He is still in the hospital due to sleep apnea. I asked her if she knew of any correlation between SIDS and sleep apnea, as it seemed to me like they might be related. I asked her to talk to he...

Clara, I said it to you privately but I'll say it here too. You are so brave for exposing yourself this way. For facing your past with such clarity and strength. For continuing to choose to keep breathing, through the most horrific of times. I am so proud of you. You are an inspiration and I'm honor...

I immediately stopped taking the Elavil. And then got angry at my Dr. for acting like she was in the know, when she was not. She eventually prescribed me Mirapex and Restoril which are working well for me. You seem to be one of those people, like my husband, who suffer all the side effects of drugs,...

You answered your own question in your last sentence. "thus making me more determined to push fot that which works." The Percocet worked for you. Not surprised at all by that because EVERY single person I've EVER known with chronic pain is helped greatly by it! Including myself. I'm also not surpris...

Elfrieda, There's no reason you can't take Tylenol 3 and Clonazepam together. That's ridiculous. Yes, they might make you drowsy but it sounds like your body is already very accustomed to the Tylenol 3 and the Clonazepam is not as scary as they make it sound. I took it for years and it was the only ...

Hi Sara, Becat's right. I found the water much cheaper on Ebay. I was without it for almost two weeks, after my first order was gone and boy could I tell a difference. It helps me most in the areas of emotional stability, energy level and digestion. I believe, that for me, digestion is directly conn...

Hi Tj, Welcome. I'm so sorry you had to find yourself here. Your story is painful to read. This RLS demon certainly takes its toll. Can I ask how old your husband is? Is he taking any medication for the RLS? Does his doctor realize that the anxiety and depression are common side effects of RLS? Did ...

My Dr. says I can take up to 1.5 mgs 3x a day. Have you ever tried it combined with a benzodiazepine like Klonopin (Clonazepam) or Restoril (Temazepam)? I, and others, find the combo a good fit.
