well my ferritin was normal but from what i can gather that doesnt mean nmuch if the problem may be to do with the way we cant assimilate iron where its needed (as anne suggested doctors were hypothesising in the orlando conference post) so no news there, but im coping ok without meds still...althou...

hi bethy, yes im afraid it can affect the feet and hands too. there are lots of ways to help with the symptonms, non medicational and medicational./ yourll find all the ifno you need tin the new to rls section "stickys" please post of you need any more advice on top of that or any specific questions...
