I am on 10mg off ropinirole/day. I finally set up an appt. to see a neurologist. I have been self medicating (bad I know). I’ve had two dose increases in the last 4 months. I’m not sure what she is going to do but what if she wants to put me on gabapentin? Is it better to stay on ropinirole or go on...

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone have knowledge or experience of augmentation even on higher potency opioid agents, such as oxycodone (i.e. Percocet, Percodan, or Roxiprin), morphine, hydromorphone, or methadone? Thanks so much.

Your body has started to build a tolerance to the drugs. It’s just starting to reach the tolerance level which is why it’s intermittent right now. It will get worse and become more consistent.
