I second what Hazel said - I think many of your questions - and more - will be answered in the "sticky" about managing RLS in the New to RLS section. Per the mattress - it's on here somewhere, but not there! No mattress really helps the RLS itself. That said, it sure does help just to be comfortable...

Trev - I LOVE IT! It really is great. Your friend's voice is really interesting for it, too. Goes very well. Steve's been doign music for a game! They are all relatively short loops - like a minute or two each. Pretty neat stuff, actually. Wish I had access to them; I'd send them to you. I haven't a...

SPAM
Because life happens, Hazel and Lynne are both away from the board for awhile. That leaves only me to moderate. I can't be on the board 24/7, so some spam posts will get through. I promise I will get them - it just may take a little time. Please just ignore them. Although it is much better than it w...

Hi Kathleene, There have been a lot of discussions about Neurontin in the past couple years. It might be worth it to just go through all the posts in this section. The Requip issue sounds like augmentation, which you probably already know. In my opinion, it is important to stop it quickly so the inc...

I'm not sure. . .maybe someone else will know. I think I've had my blood tested at any old time. They need to test your ferritin levels; it's also good to test for anemia. You might consider taking some vitamins and minerals. It does help many. A mega B-complex, some E, calcium, magensium. . . that ...

Hi Evil - welcome to our group. I'd love for you to stay, but maybe you won't need to. I have a couple of thoughts that may or may not mean anything. Have you seen the criteria? They are in the "sticky" on managing RLS in the New to RLS? section. That may help you decide if it applies. If you think ...

Charlene, I hope stopping Requip goes well. You haven't been on it for years, however you may still experience a little "increase" in your RLS when you stop it for good. It may last for a few days to a few weeks. Since you've been on it for a short time, hopefully it won't happen. Just wanted to let...

Charlene, I need the same info from you, please. How do you get to this board? If you have it in favorites, I need you to copy the URL that you use to get here. For example, this is what displays in my address bar when I click on my favorites: m Any information you can give me is appreciated. The mo...

Hmmmm - that's not good! I have a nice soft yellowy-beige as header bars - but the background it white. Jen, how do you get to the board? For example, mine is stored in my favorites - I just click on that, rather than going through the RLSF board each time. I'll need that kind of information to send...
