I have a question about the ZEO. Do you have to use it with the I Phone or compatible?
I didn't know that Clonidine works for WED. What is it supposed to do? I only used it for blood pressure. It was fast working for that.

Sorry majoraward that they misread your letter. I looked at several studies and the ones I looked at said no sleep apnea. I don't know if they are all like that. I bet more people have sleep apnea than they realize who also have WED/PLMD.

My husband and I slept about 11 hours last night, with two times up to the bathroom. I think we were both waking each other up before, for different reasons.
