i think a response to Rosie is pretty simple. Unlike alot of diseases and illnesses RLS can't be picked up from a sleep study.
It's those sleep studies that make it easier for Doctors to treat their patients. We have actual documentation.

At our last RLS group @ Hopkins the speaker said it's hereditary, 50% chance if one parent has it.
