RLS PMS and Sleep

Hi everyone, I've noticed a few times there seems to be a link with rls and pms/hormones so i did a bit of looking and found this site m It explains in detail the link with hormone changes during the cycle which lead to reduced amounts of deep sleep! Hope it helps to answer a few questions!

well i've been taking the zopiclone and it's NOT GOOD! when i take them i still wake up with the crawlies all over about an hour after going to sleep...then i'm up and pacing for a couple of hours...go back to sleep for about four hours(that's good for me!)...then i wake up and i lose the plot! does...
