Re: Kratom berry compote
The worst part of it all is feeling judged and getting looked at askance when I am just trying to get a decent night's sleep! Something millions of people take for granted every night. I guess I need to develop a thicker skin. But it just makes me so angry. I feel so silenced and marginalized becaus...

Re: Kratom berry compote
I didn't like it. At. All. I got it from SoCal Herb or whatever it's called. I dissolved 1/2 teaspoon. After about 1/2 hour, I started getting weird pains in my head. At one point, I did feel pretty relaxed from a muscular standpoint. My issue is primarily PMLS, but when I went to bed about an hour ...

Kratom berry compote
OK...it sounds better than it was! I'm trying kratom for the first time tonight. OJ was expired, so I mixed raspberries and blueberries in the hopes it would dissolve, along with a little sour cream for taste. Which is really not compote, but it sounds nice. So far just a hint of a headache and feel...

Re: Vulnerable
Thank you. It has been so nice to see the nonjudgmemtal comments after outing myself as fat lol. MD said my lumgs are not inflamed. It's reactive airway disease and he thinks I'm on the mend tho I did tell him I feel awful. It was reassuring. He put me on a long acting inhaler powder breo ellipta. H...

Re: How expensive is treatment for RLS in the U.S.?
Culture is so influential on us... Culture makes it very hard for many people in the US to come around to this argument, even if it makes more economical sense. All well said. Don't forget the billiinaires and propagandists continuing to push the cultural roots now though. Most Americans support he...

Re: Vulnerable
Thanks Ann. I also finally found a pcp who will see me this thurs for my lungs. My pcp semi retired. She was worth her weight in gold but alas. ☹ I hope it's an ok visit. I hate getting harped on about my weight when I go. It's actually become a barrier to seeking medical care for me which is bad. I...

Re: Vulnerable
I didn't know that. A pulmonologist who treats rls? Interesting! I am feeling some hope today. Tulsi tea seems to help a bit. I also bought 2 hepa filter machines for my house and began a deep cleaning dust bunny purge today, mainly of my bedroom first. Didn't realize how incredibly dusty my house w...

Re: Vulnerable
I am still doing poorly with the breathing issue. I did manage to pick up the Tulsi tea. I add a little honey to it and am really liking it. I got the thyme too but haven't tried it yet. Breathing discomfort is causing agitation, then on top of that the prednisone I'm taking FOR the lung inflammatio...

Give yourself some credit anyway, at a minimum for not ruining the magical combination! That's possible, I think.

Re: Vulnerable
Views, it's awful. Sorry your family has it too. Mine is post-viral asthma/inflammation. I've had it before but never this bad. Never been on combivent respimat inhaler, benzonatate, asmanex, and prednisone for it before. Always in the past it was just asmanex and albuterol if needed. For me it's no...

Maybe some methadone would help the doctor's neck?
