hmmmmm this is one time I should not have trusted my info recall. *L* I went to re read the anxiety med information and it seems the only problem would be some causing being sleepy during the day. I sure learned my lesson..*L* Sorry about the misinformation I posted about anxiety meds!!!!!

To the person who eats alot of ice cream, you need to research ice cream and rls, many of us RLSer's have learned that eating ice cream can set off our RLS or make it more intense.

Using Pain meds for RLS

You actually do not have to have pain to use Pain meds to control RLS, I have no pain and I use hydrocodone and Ultram to control my RLS.
