Glad to hear you are getting some relief. I personally have resorted to the very last of my Permax. The specialist, my PCP, and the head Neuro of the main hospital here are all stumped, so they have me going to Duke University Neurology in the beginning of Nov.

I would caution you with the Mirapex. I went the same route, and as the dose was upped, my insomnia got worse. I was upped to 1mg, which ended me up in the hospital. tntshner, if you are augmenting on the Requip, I would bring the Mayo Algorithm for the treatment of RLS to your doctor. Augmenting is not a good thing, and could become permanent. The Algorithm states that after you augment on 2 DA's, that something else should be used. That's in the refractory RLS...
