Hot Tub?

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). Stainless, I also take a very hot bath. Long ago when doing an internship at a state-run mental health facility, I was housed in a wing that used to be used for residents. The showers had thermostats on them, so you could tell what temp your shower was. I routinely took 112-117 degree showers (it was winter in Minnesota, lol). I think today mine are not quite as warm, but easily 108-112, I'd guess.

I ordered a floating gage from Amazon. I don't think my hot water heater can put get hot enough to be dangerous, but I'm curious. I'm putting off hot tub decision for a year. I might do an addition in next few years and put small one inside house.
