Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). I had 2 infusions of Injectafer a little over a year ago. It certainly was a lot more convenient than the other iron infusions I've had. Just 2 short sessions instead of 5 or 6 sessions of several hours each. It helped some, but iron doesn't get rid of my RLS entirely.
