Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) Discussion Board

Does anyone have any experience with a spinal cord stimulator for their restless legs? Would appreciate any comments from anyone that has had a spinal cord stimulator implanted for back pain, and/or spinal stenosis, and/or pinched nerves. Did you see a change in your restless legs after having the stimulator implanted?

It hadn't come up here very often. I hope someone has some information for you.

I've heard of people getting deep-brain stimulators (for Parkinsons, and it seems to help co-existing WED/RLS) but I am not aware of any research on spinal stimulators. I'd be interested in hearing anything more you might discover about it.

There is currently a clinical trial being conducted in Iowa to look at this topic.

Only 3 years have passed and I had no recollection of that post I made.

I have NO recollection of MOST posts I make any longer...especially if they occur in the evening after I took medication!
