I was listening to this good talk on meditation with Ajahn Brahm to talks about accepting the body, illness or whatever as it is. And to not try and "do" anything to change the symptoms. This doesn't mean not to do what you can for the RLS but it's more like when we try to control what we can't control
it adds tension and stress and makes the body, including RLS symptoms, feel even worse. This is in the first part of the talk
