May be a little different

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). I have gotten a horse liniment. My ex-husband broke lot of bones and used Absorbine, not the JR, in which he got at a horse store, can't spell the proper term. That was 20 years ago. One day I thought of it, found a horse place and got PAIN NO MOR, and it's all natural. They had other kinds, also. Does it always work, no nothing ever does, but it helps with RLS and fibromyalgia. I also found a homopathic med called "Leg Cramps" which I take everynite before bed. If you want to try them, I get at Walmart, pharmacy area and always near bottom shelf.

Midge, I'm going to move this to the Non-Pharm section of the board, as this is just the type of stuff people are looking for in that section.

Glad you found us and shared some of your successes. Welcome.

I've researched and found juice therapy to be good. It was a journey of natural blends until I found one that actually works.
