Trance

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). Trance

Post by Neco »

I am curious if anyone has tried listening to trance to help cope with daytime RLS?

For example, I have found it a lot easier to sit at the PC and do things that otherwise would drive me nutts.. But with the Trance playing in the background I find that my movements are just much more natural as they follow the song, and I think less about my RLS and more about what I'm actually trying to do.

Haven't tried it, but it's similar to the techniques Jill - aka RLS Rebel - uses. I can see why you like it.
