Help?

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). Once again I don't know if this belongs here, but this guy is making me laugh.

He MAY have some good ideas, I don't know. But my first thought was...If ONLY it was this easy! Of course he's talking about cramps, but he does talk about "tingling" too.

I just found Video-Jug. It's got some kinda cool stuff to wade through.

Well, if nothing else, I think that watching that guy could put me to sleep. :?

Actually, some of those movements seem interesting. I might try them. But I totally draw the line at cod liver oil. Eewwww. :|
