Anyone else us Epsom Salts in their bath?

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). Anyone else us Epsom Salts in their bath?

I find there is a BIG difference when I use Epsom Salt in a hot bath as when I don't. Being that it is a Magnesium salt (isn't it?), I wonder if somehow my legs are absorbing it, which balances things out.

I haven't thought about Epsom Salts in years. I remember using them back when I was pregnant with my second child...many years before I knew what RLS was. Yes, it did help relieve the symptoms, at times. Yes, I do believe it has something to do with the magnesium because I drink the water that Becat spoke about in a past post, which contains magnesium and IT helps me also.

Thanks for posting your experience.
