They took 5 grams, 1-3 times a day. In some of the other studies, they took 2-10 grams and studied the effect on blood sugar and insulin levels. Ten gram doses did affect blood sugar and insulin levels adversely, so moderation is the key. :wink:

Heck, I'll order some and give it a try. I'll try anything to get my energy back.
