Heating pads

Post by SmartKat »

I got almost no sleep last night so I took a hot shower. It worked like a dream, but only for the moments that the hot water was beating on my legs.

So I got a heating pad and put it under the leg that was bothering me the most. DIDN"T MOVE FOR 2 HOURS!!! I would have slept longer but I didn't want to actually sleep past noon.

Well done, getting some sleep.
I'd have taken all the sleep I could and never mind that it was noon
