peppermint cream

Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). Might sound crazy, but i have found. On occasion that peppermint cream helps, used to help me... Give it a try

Often people find vicks helps too--go figure!

I would slather myself in raw hamburger every night if it meant I could reliably get a good night's sleep. Peppermint cream and vap-o-rub smell better though.
