My dearest English Mastiff is my help every night. I have found no relief on meds mirapex gappenpentin requip lyrica on and on norrco works but then my body is so used to them now I have to take so much so my baby boy lays on my legs every night. The pressure is such a relief. I would like to go to a stronger pain killer so I wouldnt have to take so much norro but my doc is not happy. Im calling in about 5 hours to a new sleep\nuero clinic and be quite frank with them. Explaning to them that I want a cure I want to rid this pain and I will do whatnever it takes but right now pain pills are killing the pain and if their not even willing to discuss any part of that ill find a new doc.

How much hydrocodone (Norco) do you take every day?

What happened when you took pramipexole, ropinerole, and gabapentin and how much did you take? (if I asked before, forgive me)

I think it's really important that when you talk to the new doctor that you talk about the WED sensations and need to move and how this hurts you. The WED sensations may be experienced as pain - but the URGE to move is really key - and it's important to make sure the doctor hears about this part. If you talk only about pain, they may think that you are either drug seeking or that you do not have WED.

Also, make sure they know what happened with the other drugs. If it was side effects, they need to know you tried, but cannot tolerate them. If they didn't work, then it's important they know that maybe something else is happening, too. Pramipexole and Ropinerole almost always work for WED. When they do not, it's a big indicator that something else may be happening.
