Rocking Chair

Post by Gabby »

Just wanted to share something that has helped me over the years. From 7pm on is the most difficult time for me so I rock in my recliner chair until the mediction kicks in. Its been a life saver.

So glad this helps you.
It doesn't work for me, my chair is a rocker/recliner but it's no help if the dreaded symptoms get going.
Delighted that it's of benefit to you.

sorry to hear it doesn't help. Mine is a rocker recliner also. Forget the reclining part of the chair - totally useless :(
