Please share your experiences, successes, and failures in using non-drug therapies for RLS/WED (methods of relief that don't involve swallowing or injecting anything), including compression, heat, light, stretches, acupuncture, etc. Also under this heading, medical interventions that don't involve the administration of a medicine to the body (eg. varicose-vein operations, deep-brain stimulation). This really helps with stress and anxiety and can also help with sleep. I just started and when I do the qigong movements it calms me right down. The WED was acting up the other day and this helped quite a bit. It's no cure, but I know it can help manage the anxiety which in turn helps manage the WED.
