Still here!!!!

Anything on your mind that isn't about RLS? It's nice to realize that there is life beyond this disease and have an opportunity to get to know our online family in a different context.

Hi everyone :)
I am just writing a short post to let you all know that I am alright ,have been rock bottom again ,was ill and had to go to in at night to hospital.Have been given diazepam for emergencies,Is that ok with RLS? at the moment I couldn't care.Get RLS in the evening then it goes, so that's ok.
Today feeling a lot better.
Hope everyone is surviving good

Yup - diazepam is fine - it might even help, which is a good thing, huh?

It's raining here aaarrrggghhh first for ages, The gardens need it though.
No i haven't hurt myself, was ill.Hope your new pain killers work, I've heard of them but don't know anything about them.
