Re: Biggest fear
My leg was so bad last night. I know it's because I am now more active. What a pain, literally.

Re: Biggest fear
You are a bit between a rock and a hard place. You need to exercise but it affects your pain.
Would you consider backing off on the exercise and see if your pain eases. If it does then restart your exercise a little more gently and increase ever so gradually.

Re: Biggest fear
I don't know. All that I have ever noticed is I either sit in my chair and do nothing or I am active. The exercise is consisting of slowly walking about 1/4 mile or so. I went too far yesterday. I ride my bike for two 15 min sessions. For me, if I just sit in a regular chair with my feet down, that will increase the leg spasms. It seems to be all or nothing. It isn't far.

The move went well. I'm getting settled. This is going to be so much better for me.

I have an appointment with the pain clinic Nov 13th. They are the only ones who prescribe opioids. I hope they keep me on the methadone.
