Stigmata X

No man can ever start anew completely;
he's everything he's ever done
or said or failed to do.
Each bit is added on,
Altering the whole,
But covering, not replacing
what has gone before.
A piece of unfired clay,
he bears the marks
and scars of all his years.
Not just clay, though--
sculptor, too;
he helps to mold himself:
Objects, artist, audience.
Sometimes, though, larger hands--
destiny, fate, karma, God--
take firmly hold and,
wielding fierce events,
risk fracture to hack
and carve away some
awkward, ugly bits.
The final work cannot be seen
until it's fired,
and all fires cooled.
Paul knew: suffering and pain
are the truest ways,
the only ways for some of us,
to draw out that within
which answers to
the purpose of it all....

Left click the mouse and scroll up until you have everything you want highlighted. Then right click on the mouse and click "copy." Then click "reply" and right click again and "paste." Hope that helps.

I'm enjoying reading the stuff so far. Taz, Blues Brothers is a good and crazy movie. My friends used to use lines from that movie all the time.

"Half a tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses... HIT IT"

Just copy from one of the posts. That's what I did. Scroll down and highlight all the questions and answers on one of our posts. Then, click on "post reply" and paste. Then, change the answers to what you want to say. Hope this helps.

Wow, 30 years and only treated for a few years. I bet life IS good these days relatively speaking. I agree with your choice with the Bible btw.

"When the Figs are Ripe, the Sheep Will Die"

I use that quote all the time. For there's nothing better then a leg of lamb with a fig. Therefore, one has to wait for the fig to be ripe or it's bitter. I recommend the Chianti with it. :)
