Anything on your mind that isn't about RLS? It's nice to realize that there is life beyond this disease and have an opportunity to get to know our online family in a different context.

Have not been doing to good with the bipolar for the last month but just now I am reasonably stable and hope it continues.

Thanks everyone , I had a great holiday it was so relaxing and the weather wasn't too bad.Wish I was still there.

The journey was hell with the RLS and arthritis, it was a four and a half hour drive and I did all the driving, had to keep stopping and walking about, but when I was there it was fine no probs!

Just going to sort out my holiday in October to the mountains now.

hope everyone is well
hugs moonlight xxx :P

ps. the kitten was fine in the cattery this time so that was a relief.

Hi Moonlight, welcome back, great you had a good holiday.

Funny, I don't have probs when driving, my legs are ok then, but as a passenger, no good, gotta keep stopping for a walkabout!!
