I am up and about for a little walkabout, a good time to check the pc.
There are a few members we haven't heard from for a while, Moonlight, Waterloo, Sardsy. Sleuth hasn't about much recently. Nor Aiken, Wam........ Others too.
I hope its because things are good and are going well for them.

I've often wondered that, too, PB (and I always think of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich when I type that "PB&J"). Sometimes we get better and don't need the board, sometimes other things take precedence. I used to post daily on stained glass and photography forums; I don't even visit anymore....
But, hi to everyone who is no longer here any more. I hope it's because you won the lottery and your RLS is resolved

Yeah, it's been really quiet in here lately. I know a lot of people get busy with holiday stuff this time of year like shopping and decorating. Then after Christmas with the relatives and holiday stress, people might realize that no one understands their RLS and might want to talk to us again.
That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

Yes, I had noticed that it was pretty quiet here.
If you think about it, this condition is worldwide, this forum is worldwide, and at any given time there must be so many many people seeking relief and support, they don't know what they are missing if they haven't found us.
I know that sometimes there are maybe up to 10 guests on the forum when I sign in and hopefully they are gleaning lots of information.

My wife and I took a trip for our anniversary. Since then, I've been trying to catch up at work, and also to get enough done that I can duck out a week early for Christmas. (Two More Days, Two More Days...)
Then I come home and play video games.
Can't speak for others...
I think we all have cyclic attention spans, really.

Disclaimer: I often talk about what I do and what works for me, but these are specific to me and you should always consult a healthcare professional before trying these things yourself, lest you endanger your health or life.
I don't really post here as much either.. I guess part of that is that my RLS is under a lot better control now, and I'm doing pretty well with other things.
But I've been buried up to my head in video encoding for the past month or two. Technically challenging at times, but also incredibly boring while you wait to see if something turns out the way you expected.
