I just watched a news clip and they were showing a lady who lives in the USA and she is 112 years old (12th oldest in USA, and I think they said 32nd oldest in the world). She refuses to walk with a cane or to take ANY medications.
What a dream that would be! Never to have taken any medications your whole life and to still be kicking at 112 years old
