The seat of our bathroom toilet was squeaky when lifted up and down. After a few days I noticed the squeak had gone and asked DH what had he used, that was a good job (giving credit etc. etc.) thinking he had used something like WD40 oil spray.
He says.... there's a bottle of your blue stuff sitting in the bathroom, I used that.
The bottle of blue stuff was my Thierry Mugler Angel body lotion.
Very expensive lubricant for the hinge of a toilet seat - even though it did work !!
It worked !!
