Has anyone ever experienced a popping noise in their legs when they try to stretch to relieve the uncomfortable feelings of RLS? Particularly when flexing your foot or rolling your foot around?
hmm, sorry not sure. sounds unrelated to rls though. people do tend to have pops and clicks when it comes to joints.. if it concerns you or causes you pain it would be wise to check it out.
