Whether new to RLS or new to the site, we welcome you and invite you to share your history and experiences with RLS/WED, introduce yourself, and ask questions. Successful treatment starts with a solid understanding of this disease.

For what it's worth, I have both PLMs and RLS. But, for many many years, I rarely had RLS and what drove me to get help was the PLMs.
Mine is a horror story, so I won't share it right now, but happy to later if you are interested. I think several of us here either have PLMs worse than RLS, and a few are like you. Given how little it is studied, I'd guess hanging out here may be the best place for info.
