Welcome today to:

Jamikm - who is a Newly diagnosed longterm sufferer looking for info and support. Daily life daily is affected because it makes rest and sleep sometbing not to be enjoyed.

Icrooks16 - who has not been to a movie theater in over 10 years. Squirms like a 12 year old. Will soon be traveling overseas soon and is uncertain about the plane flight. Augmentation is a definite reality.

We look forward to hearing from both of you. We all will understand your difficulties in coping with RLS. Please tell us how you are managing the symptoms and we will do our best to help.
