PurpleCrone, who often awakens in pain when rolling over or stretching her legs, then being unable to fall asleep again because of "jittery" feelings in her legs. What is RLS, ... varicose veins... or sleep apnea, she doesn't know. She wants to address not just the symptoms, but the cause.
Please post a note with your questions so that we can provide some answers for you. The cause has been identified, but how to address it varies between individuals.
