Welcome to
Texas Omi, who doesn’t get enough sleep. And finds it frightening to have it while driving. She seems to have it all the time whereas previously she would have months at a time of no RLS.
Please post a note telling us about your symptoms and what you are doing to manage them. RLS is something that often progresses with age, so you may simply be seeing a natural worsening with time. But we need to know more to be able to offer you any comments.

Welcome to
Sonia17, who has suffered since the age of 23. It has progressively gotten worse over the last 18 years and has a profound impact on her life.
Please post a note telling us what you are doing to manage your RLS. We can probably offer some suggestions for improvement if you can tell us a bit more.

Welcome to
hama90, who has had RLS a little bit since longer time but now since 1-2 months it does make me crazy.
Please post a note telling us about your RLS and what you are doing to manage it so that we can offer suggestions that may make you a bit less crazy.

Welcome to
Dopplebock, whose RLS caused him to be severely sleep deprived even back when he didn’t yet have daytime symptoms and was diagnosed with “merely” PLMS. He was motivated to join here after meeting many people at the patient symposium this weekend.
Glad that you were able to make it to the symposium and hope you learned as much as most of us did. Please post a note telling us about your RLS, what you are doing to manage it and if you learned anything at the symposium that you intent to try to put into practice.

Welcome to
wnaylor, who developed PLMS some 18 years ago. Was so tired it required medical leave from job. Extremely fortunate that a sleep study lab had just been established here and was diagnosed with PLMS. Pramipexole mostly controls symptoms. But lately has been troubled by evening RLS. Belonged to RLS Foundation back around 2000-2005. Very helpful. Would like to rejoin and join this discussion board.
You are now a member of the discussion board, so your next step is to join the foundation at RLS.org. Please post a note telling us a bit about your current symptoms, your pramipexole dose and asking any questions that you have.
