Welcome to

Martha1981, who is looking for other people's experiences with RLS and their management strategies.

Those are both topics that we will be happy to help you with. If you post a note telling us a bit about your RLS and asking any questions that you have, you can be sure that our members will be happy to fill you in on how they manage their RLS.

Welcome to pamraeturner

Welcome to

pamraeturner, who has had RSL since she was about 30. Now she is 63 and most day it can run her life. She has tried most RSL medications with some success but in the end RSL always wins and she needs to try something else or a new medication. She is using Ropinirole now 4mg but losing the battle.

Please post a note telling us about the various meds that you have tried. It isn't surprising that you are currently losing the battle at 4mg of ropinirole since that is the max dose for RLS so you are quite possibly augmenting. Once we have an idea of what you have tried, we should be able to make some suggestions for you to discuss with your doctor to get your RLS back under control.

Welcome to Jen9

Welcome to

Jen9, who is constantly in pain, tired because she doesn't sleep well and, until she was diagnosed today, thought it was in her head.

Jen9, the joke is that it really is all in your head, just not in the way that you were thinking. Many of us thought that this was something that everyone experienced, until it got so bad that we knew otherwise.

Since you are so new to RLS, please post a note with as many questions as you want to ask. We would all love to be able to help you out and help you with a better understanding of your new life with RLS.
