Welcome to

Babs, whose RLS causes a lack of sleep, has disturbed her social life and going to the movies.

Please post a note telling us about what you are doing to manage your RLS so that we can offer you some suggestions for improving both control and your life.

Welcome to PastelK

Post by Rustsmith »

Welcome to

PastelK, who has had RLS since childhood and is so tired of being tired from no sleep. PastelK had given up over the last 10 years of even trying any medications, because none worked, and gave such terrible side effects (movement disorders, serotonin syndrome). PastelK is now at a point again of desperation for some rest and calm.

Please post a note telling us about the meds that you have tried (and dose). Our experience has been that there is always something else to try and just because one med in a class causes unacceptable side effects does not always mean that another will also.
