Have you tried an opioid? Codeine or hydrocodone might be effective; perhaps you would need something stronger like oxycodone or hydromorphone; or maybe Tramadol, which is not as hard to get a prescription for. Or, you could try the herb kratom, which has opioid-like properties. It is illegal in some states, I think. Search kratom in the search bar at upper right of this page, and you will see a number of Topics in which people discuss which strains are best for nighttime symptoms, daytime symptoms, etc.
These things might be worth a try if your sleep quality is suffering.
