Your determination to find out what is going on is one of your best assets right now. Some people lose heart for the struggle in the face of all that pain; and it IS a struggle to keep going back to doctors and saying "no, that doesn't seem right, can we re-think it".

No matter which diagnosis turns out to be correct, it will make a world of difference to you just being able to name it, knowing that others before you have had it and that there are things you can do to mitigate it.
