Hi James. Hope you are having a quiet night tonight. It is 230 and I am going to try to go to bed soon. Too tired to stay up, but the legs are not cooperating.

I'm in the UK, last night I did a lot of walking and eventually got to sleep this morning at 5am when my legs calmed, bathroom break at 7am, and awoke for the day at 9am.

Evertking - I hope your night was better than mine.
