Welcome to katetwot

Post by Polar Bear »

28th December 2019

Welcome today to:

katetwot - who has restless leg syndrome and would like to find out why it helps to actually hit her calves, and if anyone else has experienced this.

Please post and tell us how you are coping with your rls, are you taking any medications? Regarding hitting your calves, I'd reckon that very few of us have not done this.

Welcome today to:

gamzeyalcin who Is bothered that no one in close proximity experiences this comfort and it is so hard to express the pain to doctors.

We agree that it is very difficult to describe the pain/sensations to doctors. Have you been officially diagnosed with rls. Please post and tell us how you are and how you have been managing your rls.

Welcome to Meg - who has had this for years and it has destroyed her quality of life.

So many of us here can relate to that - hope that you can find some comfort as well as possibly some ideas on how to make it better.

Welcome to Jeanzig who is looking for non-pharmaceutical options.

There are many - it depends on your degree of symptoms and your body. There are few things, if any, that work for all of us. Many are discussed here. You can poke around old posts or make a new post and ask questions. To tell us what you've tried.
