Today’s birthday marks WAY TOO MANY years of RLS!

Post by miki »

I’m new here, this is my first post and today is my birthday. I’ve had RLS for roughly 50 years. I guess I can say I’m glad I didn’t know what a long road this would be and that I hope the next 30 years (fingers crossed) or so are a little easier.

Happy birthday Miki! When you have time, tell us a bit more of your story. When did you first notice the WED/RLS? Did it get suddenly worse at some point? (Mine was after a knee operation). How have you coped with it over the years? I hope it left you alone tonight and you're sleeping deeply.
Beth - Wishing you a restful sleep tonight
